Soixante ans de politique européenne de la formation professionnelle

Abstract

Soixante ans après ses débuts, la politique européenne de la formation professionnelle (PEFP) présente un bilan certes convaincant (en termes de nombre d'initiatives et d'étendue du champ couvert), mais perfectible. Dans un contexte nécessitant d'équilibrer prérogatives des États membres, responsabilités de l'Union, et implication des sociétés civiles, la PEFP a su s'organiser de façon méthodique au service d'objectifs bien identifiés. Ses résultats peuvent être constatés en matière d'inclusivité, d'immersion professionnelle, de mobilité transnationale, de transparence et validation des qualifications, et d'assurance-qualité des formations. Des marges de progression existent cependant dans les domaines de la formation des encadrants et de l'orientation professionnelle. Codes JEL : I28, M53, O52, Y80.
