¿Negociación salarial secuencial o simultánea?

Abstract

En este artículo analizamos si los salarios, por motivos estratégicos, se negocian de manera secuencial o simultánea cuando los trabajadores se organizan en sindicatos de empresa o en sindicatos de industria. El resultado obtenido, en ambos casos, depende de quién decide cuándo se negocia: las empresas o los trabajadores.
