Abstract

Highlights Managed aquifer recharge (MAR) schemes are promising solutions in water management. It is important to ensure the economic feasibility and viability of MAR schemes. Cost-benefit analysis (CBA) is a widely used approach for the economic feasibility assessment of MAR projects. Our findings support the importance of the MAR scheme’s non-use benefits.
