Системная Экономика И Системно-Ориентированное Моделирование

Abstract

Концепция системной экономики развивается в работе путем включения в рассматриваемую картину мира, наряду с экономическими системами - центральными объектами изучения, - также экономических процессов, процессов управления, экономических благ и отношений между ними. Разработана согласованная базовая классификация (типология) этих компонент экономики, позволяющая предложить структурную модель их взаимодействия. Вводится понятие системно-ориентированного моделирования - исследовательской методологии, ориентированной на построение математических моделей экономических систем различного уровня, учет системных факторов и эффектов. На базе данной концепции строятся модели некоторых видов слияний и поглощений экономических систем, а также их обобщенные производственные функции, отражающие влияние как доступных для системы ресурсов, так и имеющихся у нее возможностей по их использованию ("способностей".
