Abstract

The personnel of any company understand the importance of their skills, qualifications, as this affects their activities productivity and the demand in the labor market. Most employees love their job, they value the results of their work and their own productivity. In this regard, education and training become significant motivating factors. Training for the purpose of employees development becomes the main strategic format or the element of the company's movement to success.
