Abstract

El campo profesional del Contador Público en la actualidad dista mucho de ser el de mero “tenedor de libros” o “liquidador de impuestos”. Las nuevas disciplinas organizacionales y los bruscos cambios en el ambiente empresarial requieren un profesional con una visión integral de los entes en los que se desenvuelve, no reducida al plano económico/financiero. En este sentido, la Higiene, Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional se configura como punto de acción de gran importancia en las organizaciones actuales y no pueden dejar de ser consideradas por el Contador.
