Földhasználati és földbirtok-politika az Európai Unióban és néhány csatlakozó országban
[Policy on land rental and land ownership in the European Union and some acceding countries]

Abstract

A mezőgazdasági föld privatizációja a legtöbb EU-tagjelölt és társult országban szét aprózott kisbirtokosi tulajdoni szerkezetet teremtett. A földet, részben vagy egész ben a háború utáni földreformok tulajdonosainak, illetőleg azok örököseinek juttat ták vissza. Ily módon egy, a mezőgazdaságtól távol élő birtokos réteg jött létre, amelytől a gazdálkodók jelentős részének bérelnie kell a földet. A korszerű hatékonysági kö vetelményeknek meg nem felelő birtoknagysággal járó nehézségeket az is tetézte, hogy a termelőszövetkezetek többi eszközeit is általában nem az új birtokosok, ha nem a termelőszövetkezeti tagok javára privatizálták.* Journal of Economics Literature (JEL) kód: Q15.
