Az újonnan alapított magánvállalatok teljesítménye
[The performance of newly established private firms]

Abstract

A magángazdaság terjedelme és ezzel a gazdasági növekedés éppúgy függ a magánkézbe került volt állami vállalatok, mint a szocializmus után alapított új magánvállalatok teljesítményétől. E két vállalatcsoport összehasonlításához elengedhetetlen a teljesítményüket befolyásoló fontosabb tényezők bemutatása. A tanulmány a szocializmusbeli magánvállalkozás rövid áttekintése után a szocializmus utáni állami befolyásolás legfontosabb eszközeit veszi sorra. Látni fogjuk, hogy ezek eltérően hatottak az újonnan alapított és a privatizált vállalatok teljesítményére. Előbb a privatizáció, majd a deregulálás, végül pedig a kisvállalkozás-támogatás hatásainak elemzésére kerül sor. Ezt követi a tulajdonképpeni összehasonlítás, a tanulmány a fontosabb tanulságok összegzésével zárul.
