Kutatóegyetem a finanszírozás tükrében

Abstract

A volt szocialista országokban, így az ezredforduló Magyarországán is egyszerre kell megvalósítani az egyetemi kutatás hagyományos rangjának visszaállítását és az egyetemi modellváltást. A cikk egyik célja, hogy képet adjon e folyamatnak a finanszírozási szerkezet alapján megfigyelhető jellegzetességeiről. A rendelkezésre álló adatok alapján csak részlegesen elemezhető az egyetemek kutatási kapcsolatrendszere, számos kérdés megválaszolásához további és más típusú információkra, hosszabb idősorokra lenne szükség. A másik cél módszertani: az adminisztratív adatállomány elemzési tapasztalataival igyekszik a cikk a felsőoktatási K+F-tevékenység mérési problémáinak megoldásához hozzájárulni. A magyar egyetemek versenyképes kutatóegyetemmé válásának folyamatát és annak megfelelő működését ugyanis az információs rendszer minőségi javulása is szolgálhatná.
