Kísérletek a nemzeti vagyon újraelosztására Magyarországon a 20. és 21. században

Abstract

A 20. századi magyar történelem perspektívájából szemlélve a nemzeti vagyon kilencedik újraelosztására tett kísérletnek tekintem az Orbán-korszak egészét (ideértve az 1998-2002 közötti ciklust is). Az "államosítás versus privatizáció" dichotómia, amelyet korábbi munkáimban én is fenntartás nélkül használtam, nem igazán alkalmas az elmúlt 12 év elemzésére. Ma már látható, hogy Orbán Viktor igazi célja nem az államosítás. Az igazi cél az elitcsere, ami nem jelent szükségszerűen tulajdonosváltást a makrogazdasági szereplők (háztartások, vállalatok, állam) között. Sokkal fontosabbak az e három csoporton belüli tulajdonosváltások. Hogy ez államosítás vagy privatizáció útján történik, az másodlagos. Az állam mindenképpen rossz tulajdonos, akár vesz, akár elad.
