A kelet-közép-európai kis- és középvállalkozások versenyképességi környezete az Európai Unióban
[The competitiveness of Central and Eastern European small and medium-sized enterprises in the European Union]

Abstract

A kis- és középvállalkozások fontos szerepet játszanak az Európai Unió és Magyarország gazdaságában, ezért kiemelt stratégiai cél a versenyképességük elősegítése. Az Európai Unió komplex módon méri e téren az egyes tagállamok teljesítményét. Ennek ellenére a magyar kis- és középvállalkozások átfogó versenyképességi elemzése régiós összehasonlításban kevés szerephez jut a hazai és nemzetközi szakirodalomban. A tanulmány célja a magyar kis- és középvállalkozások világjárvány előtti versenyképességének és versenyképességük környezeti összetevőinek feltérképezése. Vizsgálatunk az Európai Bizottság kisvállalkozói intézkedéscsomagjának elemzésén alapul, amely alkalmas a régiós összehasonlításra és a már létező bevált gyakorlatok feltárására. A tanulmány főbb megállapításai, hogy a magyar kis- és középvállalkozások helyzete, illetve üzleti környezetük versenyképességi feltételei régiós tekintetben átlagosnak tekinthetők, a kis- és középvállalkozások, illetve szabályozásuk jelentős lemaradásban van a képzés, innováció és környezet területein, viszont a pénzügyi forrásokhoz való kedvező hozzáférés és a csökkenő adminisztrációs terhek lehetőségeket is teremtenek számukra.* Journal of Economic Literature (JEL) kód: O52, L53.
