A kockázati tőke lehetőségei a kis- és középvállalatok finanszírozásában
[The possibilities of venture capital in the financing of small and medium-size firms]

Abstract

Új bűvszó terjed a hazai közgazdasági életben: a kockázati tőke. E tőkeközvetítő ágazat Amerikában és Nyugat-Európában a tőkepiac szerves részét alkotja, így ha zai megjelenése és fejlődése a piacgazdaság kiépülésének természetes velejárója. A kockázati tőkét itthon persze nem kell újra feltalálni , hisz fogalma, funkciója, illet ve jogi, adózási és intézményi kereteinek nyugati mintái könnyen megismerhetők és átvehetők. Úgy tűnik azonban, mintha a kockázati tőkéről nyilatkozó hazai szakem berek többségét ez nem befolyásolná, amikor a kockázati tőkét olyan csodaszerként aposztrofálja, amely megoldhatja a tőkehiányban szenvedő hazai vállalkozások szinte minden pénzügyi gondját.
