    Abstract

    A tanulmány a verseny és innováció közötti kapcsolat elemzését bővíti ki az adaptáció lehetőségének bevezetésével. A vállalati innovációs és adaptációs döntéseket is magában foglaló modell elemzése révén arra a következtetésre jut, hogy a verseny és az innováció fordított U alakú összefüggésben áll egymással. A másik fontos megállapítás, hogy a verseny erősödése csökkenti az innováló, és növeli az adaptáló vállalatok számát. Journal of Economic Literature (JEL) kód: D43, L13, O32.
