Abstract

A hazai privatizáció mozgatórugóit, lefolyását és következményeit hatalmasra duzzadt közgazdasági és szociológiai szakirodalom igyekszik feltérképezni. Ez nem meglepő, hiszen a ma Magyarországon és más kelet-közép-európai országokban zajló, példa nélkülien gyors és kiterjedt intézményrendszer- és tulajdonosváltási folyamat feltételezhetően a konkrét eseményeken túlmutató, általánosítható tanulságokkal is szolgál. A szerző részt vett abban a kutatási programban, amely keretében arra tettek kísérletet, hogy a folyamatnak egy eddig kevéssé elemzett oldalát tárják fel, tegyék érthetővé: a stratégiai interakciókat s az ezeket mozgató érdekviszonyokat. A kutatás két szinten zajlott: egyrészt a vállalatvezetők közti kapcsolathálókat, másrészt a műhelyszintű érdekviszonyokat vizsgálták. A cikk alapjául szolgáló esettanulmány célja a vezetői szintű kapcsolathálók, érdekviszonyok, konfliktusok feltárása volt. Ezekből az egyéni érdekekből és konfliktusokból levezethető a privatizáció végső megvalósulásának formája.
