A posztszocialimus vége. A magyarországi nagyvállalatok tulajdonosi szerkezete és hatékonysága 1997-ben

Abstract

A tanulmány a magyar nagyvállalatokról 1997-ben készült felmérés alapján elemzi a tulajdonszerkezet és a hatékonyság kapcsolatát. A szerzők kimutatják, hogy az adatok szerint teljességgel nem igazolhatók azok a hipotézisek, amelyeket a kilencvenes évek első felében dolgoztak ki a nagyvállalatok polgárosodás, rekombináns tulajdon nómenklatúraburzsoázia kategóriákkal leírt tulajdoni átalakulására/átalakítására vonatkozóan. A cikk a tulajdoni és szervezeti átalakulással létrejött nagyvállalatok négy típusát redisztributív, korporatív, vállalkozói és multinacionális különbözteti meg. A szerzők a nagyvállalatok tulajdoni struktúrája, a tulajdon és hatékonyság, valamint az átalakulási modellek elemzése alapján úgy látják, hogy a gazdaságnak ebben a szegmensében megtörtént a piacgazdasági átalakulás, a posztszocialita korszak véget ért.
