Romanian dental healthcare services staff motivation aimed at customers’ consumption habits modification

Abstract

The present paper aims to address a topic of great interest situated midway between medical marketing specialization field and human resources management one. The research proposed by the authors represents an original exploratory approach that wishes to highlight the amount of basic factors that are underlying the medical staff motivation from within Romanian dental offices and clinics. By means regarding the presented conclusions and the revealed information, the research can help to the identification of new ways of human resources management optimization modalities and possible mechanisms of influencing healthcare services consumers behavior towards increasing the level of medical education, changing the consumer habits associated with a healthy lifestyle. These goals are closely connected with the promotion of the national interest from the perspective of improving processes regarding national health system.
