Abstract

The objective of this research was to evaluate the degree of implementation and opening which companies to adopt an integral model of measuring and increasing productivity with shared benefits; this model will allow companies improve working conditions as well as safety and hygiene measures, adapt the material, organizational, technological, and financial conditions that increase productivity and improve the systems of coordination between workers, business, Government and academia, among other benefits. The present work was developed based on the methodology of the comprehensive system of measurement and improvement of productivity, aided by a set of research techniques such as the questionnaire and the unstructured interview. The findings of the research were to: measuring system of productivity that is present in food twist enterprises are the bonds by share of production in addition to looking to comply with the quality specifications and the promotion of ideas of improvement; two-thirds of the total number of studied companies have formed the Joint Committee of training, training and productivity, productivity also is identified in the majority of entrepreneurs as the simple relationship of production/inputs (+) hand of work
