Negociación Colectiva Y Estructura Salarial En España

Abstract

En este artículo se analizan las pautas de diferencias sectoriales y territoriales presentes en la estructura salarial en España, así como el papel que en la determinación de las mismas desempeña la negociación colectiva. Los resultados obtenidos permiten comprobar que las diferencias de corte geográfico y sectorial presentes en los salarios pactados en los convenios de sector y percibidos son, además de muy destacables, marcadamente similares, lo que apunta a que los salarios pactados en la negociación colectiva sectorial ejercen una influencia reseñable en la formación de la estructura salarial presente en el mercado de trabajo español.
