О Некоторых Аспектах Оптимизации Денежно-Кредитной Политики

Abstract

Статья посвящена возможным направлениям совершенствования денежно-кредитной политики (ДКП) в России. Вначале рассмотрены различные варианты объекта таргетирования. Модельные исследования по оптимизации параметров ДКП указывают на необходимость таргетирования наиболее негибких компонентов инфляции, вносящих наибольший вклад в потери рыночной эффективности. Рассмотрены технические аспекты оптимизации ДКП на основе аппарата DSGE-моделирования. Наконец, исследован вопрос совершенствования ДКП через переход к гибридному инфляционному таргетированию.
