Investiții străine directe în economia Republicii Moldova

Abstract

Uniunea Europeană urmărește prin intermediul Politicii Europeane de Vecinătate (PEV) și a Parteneriatul Estic (PtE) să dezvolte relații apropiate cu țările aflate în vecinătatea sa estică. În această lucrarea am analizat impactul pe care l-a avut aplicarea Politicii Europene de Vecinătate/ Parteneriatul Estic asupra atragerii Investițiilor Străine Directe în Republica Moldova. Investițiile Străine Directe (ISD) reprezintă unul din principalele motoare de creștere economică. Pentru Republica Moldova, aplicarea PEV/PtE a determinat alinierea legislației la cea a Uniunii Europene şi a însemnat un pas important pentru atragerea ISD. De asemenea, crearea Zonelor Economice Libere a reprezentat pentru economia Republicii Moldova deschiderea oportunității de a atrage a investitori și de dezvoltare a ramurei industriale, care a generat crearea locurilor de muncă mai bine plătite, contribuind astfel la creșterea nivelui de trai al populației din Republica Moldova.
