Le determinanti di un buon lavoro: evidenze empiriche dalla IV indagine Inapp sulla qualit? del lavoro in Italia

Abstract

La qualit? del lavoro ha, secondo gli scritti di Luciano Gallino e Michele La Rosa, un carattere spiccatamente multidimensionale. Per avere un?elevata qualit? del lavoro occorre svolgere un?attivit? coerente con le proprie abilit? e attitudini, che permetta di sviluppare le proprie competenze e garantisca livelli retributivi adeguati, un buon clima sociale ed altro ancora. Misurare la qualit? del lavoro ? pertanto un?operazione complessa, che necessita di dati articolati in grado di cogliere gli aspetti che compongono il concetto stesso di qualit?. Nel contributo sono presentate le evidenze empiriche emerse dalla IV indagine sulla qualit? del lavoro condotta dall?Inapp nel 2015, grazie alla quale sono stati costruiti cinque indicatori sintetici, come postulati dal quadro teorico di riferimento, e utilizzando metodologie della statistica multivariata sono state rilevate le caratteristiche individuali, del lavoro e dell?impresa che determinano i diversi livelli degli indicatori considerati.
