Saperi, pratiche e partecipazione in uno scenario di adattamento al cambiamento climatico

Abstract

L?articolo prende spunto da un?esperienza di sviluppo rurale per riflettere sul contributo che i saperi locali forniscono alla programmazione sostenibile, da un lato concorrendo a rimodulare i modelli interpretativi e previsionali elaborati dagli specialisti, dall?altro favorendo forme di apprendimento fondamentali per attivare le capacit? di risposta del sistema locale alle criticit? ambientali. Attraverso il confronto diretto, il processo partecipativo ha infatti ampliato l?intersezione tra conoscenze scientifiche e saperi ordinari nel definire gli scenari di sviluppo sostenibile e le linee operative per il loro perseguimento. La prospettiva praticoteorica di cui sono portatori gli stakeholders va a incidere sullo sviluppo iscrivendo nel quadro delle politiche e della programmazione territoriale il rapporto sostanziale che essi hanno con le condizioni materiali della propria esistenza.
