La domanda e l?offerta di competenze ambientali: l?esempio del Veneto

Abstract

Se la realizzazione di sistemi di produzione e consumo che concilino aspetti economici ed ambientali ? un obiettivo sempre pi? importante per manager e politici a livello mondiale, si sa ancora poco delle competenze e conoscenze necessarie alle aziende per raggiungere questo obiettivo. Sulla base di interviste nel settore del legno-arredo in Veneto, questa analisi esplorativa identifica tre tipologie di competenze ambientali - tecniche, amministrative e strategiche - e tre modalit? attraverso le quali le aziende vi possono accedere - lo sviluppo interno delle competenze, l?interazione con soggetti esterni e l?assunzione di figure professionali specifiche. Inoltre, l?articolo propone un?analisi degli enti che offrono competenze ambientali in Veneto, incluse universit?, consulenti ed aziende di servizi, in base all?efficacia della loro offerta, cos? come percepita da manager ed esperti del settore. Infine, vengono discussi i risultati e suggerite indicazioni di policy per migliorare l?offerta di competenze ambientali.
