Prospettive co-evolutive nel settore turistico: il caso dell?albergo diffuso

Abstract

Obiettivo del paper ? analizzare gli effetti co-evolutivi del rapporto tra la destinazione turistica ed il territorio. Il paper ? il frutto della prosecuzione di precedenti nostre ricerche in ambito di destination management e destination governance. La research question su cui si fonda l?impianto teorico del paper ? la seguente: l?albergo diffuso, quale formula di ospitalit? italiana, pu? essere considerato un esempio di co-evoluzione tra la destinazione turistica ed il territorio? La metodologia di ricerca applicata si basa sulla multiple case study research (Yin, 2009). L?indagine ha riguardato la realt? degli alberghi diffusi ed ? stata svolta attraverso la somministrazione di un questionario rivolto ai proprietari degli alberghi diffusi indagati ed agli attori della governance turistica locale. I risultati sono stati analizzati attraverso l?applicazione di una matrice di co-evoluzione. La collocazione degli alberghi diffusi indagati in uno dei quattro quadranti della matrice di co-evoluzione rappresenta il differente grado di predisposizione della destinazione turistica e delle imprese turistiche ad attivare relazioni con gli attori locali ai fini della competitivit? del territorio. L?indagine circoscritta esclusivamente ad un numero limitato di alberghi diffusi costituisce un limite del paper. Pertanto in una prospettiva di ricerca futura si intender? proseguire l?indagine estendendo l?analisi verso l?universo degli alberghi diffusi attivi in Italia non sottovalutando la prospettiva di analisi dei turisti.
