Abstract

The compromising towards the Social Responsibility (SR) by the Public Administrations relates with the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and is the aim of this article. The good «global» government of the Public Administration includes not only discipline, transparency, independence, accountability and sense of duty and impartiality, but also participation and dialogue with stakeholders, ethical compromising and respect of the diversity and equality of opportunities. It implies changes in the processes of public decision making, with a paper of more active stakeholders. This article resumes the main actions integrating the SR and the principles of the sustainability, developed by the systems of public management.
