Faydaci ve Hazci Alisveris Degeri ve Tüketici Tatmininin Tüketicinin Davranissal Niyetleri Üzerindeki Etkileri

Abstract

Bu çalýþmanýn ana amacý alýþveriþ deðerinin, tüketicilerin davranýþsal niyet ve tatmini üzerindeki etkisini incelemektir. Uygulamadaki ölçüler literatürdeki çalýþmalara baðlý olarak elde edilmiþtir ve uygulama anket yoluyla gerçekleþtirilmiþtir. Bu uygulama Türkiye’de yalnýzca bir alýþveriþ merkezinde 521 giyim müþterisi ile oluþturulmuþtur. Çalýþmada önerilen hipotezlerin doðruluðu ise Yapýsal Eþitlik Modeli ( SEM) ile test edilmiþtir. Çalýþmadan elde edilen sonuçlar faydacý ve hazcý alýþveriþ deðerinin her ikisininde tüketici tatmini ve tüketicilerin davranýþsal niyetleri üzerinde pozitif bir etkiye sahip olduðunu ortaya çýkarmýþtýr. Ancak hazcý alýþveriþ deðerinin etkisi faydacý alýþveriþ deðerinin etkisinden daha büyük olmaktadýr. Bunun nedeni ise giyim ürünlerinin haza dayalý olmasýdýr. Diðer yandan çalýþmanýn sonuçlarýna göre tüketici tatmininin, tüketicinin davranýþsal niyeti üzerinde herhangi bir etkisi görülmemiþtir. Bu bulgular hem uygulamacýlar hem de perakende satýþ gerçekleþtiren bireyler için oldukça önemlidir. Ayrýca çalýþmanýn içerisinde çalýþmanýn kýsýtlarý, ileride bu konuyu çalýþacak olan araþtýrmacýlara sunulan öneriler ve çalýþmaya dair pratik yorumlamalarda yer almaktadýr.
