Sharing and disclosure of informal consumer information (A cross-cultural study of India and Bulgaria)

Abstract

The study covers the sharing and disclosure of informal consumer information. Its main objective is to determine the levels, the type and the principal means of sharing and disclosure of informal information by consumers. Assessment was based on the behavior patterns of foodstuff buyers. The results from a survey were subjected to a comparative analysis to determine the specific characteristics of the consumers in India and Bulgaria in this respect.
