Управлението На Риска Във Висшите Училища В България - Състояние И Перспективи

Abstract

В статията се разглеждат основните предизвикателства пред висшите училища в България. Представят се организационни въпроси по управление на риска в системата на висшето образование и акцентира върху практиките, които трябва да бъдат променени с цел реално прилагане на риск менидж-мънта. На базата на контент и сравнителен анализ се извеждат основни области, които да бъдат обект на интервенция в образователните и научни организации с цел постигане на ефективност, ефикасност и целесъобразност на процеса. Предлагат се решения, свързани с подобряване управлението на риска в сектора. Очертават се насоки за въвеждане на системен подход в управлението на риска, с което да се подобри организационната среда и оперативното управление.
