Control organizacional: ¿sistema o agregado de elementos?

Abstract

Este artículo trata sobre el control organizacional entendido como un sistema y las principales dificultades que acarrea esta concepción. Consta de tres partes: el análisis de la definición de control organizacional, la descripción de la estructura básica del sistema de control y la explicación de las barreras sistémicas, conductuales y políticas que dificultan la comprensión integral del control organizacional.
