El gerente competitivo y su rol en las mipymes: una perspectiva desde el marketing

Abstract

Este artículo de carácter reflexivo pretende relacionar cómo la evolución del marketing en las mipymes impacta directamente en el desarrollo de las competencias de los gerentes que gestionan organizaciones inmersas en un escenario global. La ciencia administrativa ha tenido notables cambios en sus enfoques, en especial los mercadológicos; sin embargo, la formación integral del gerente respecto a otras áreas funcionales, como la producción, las finanzas, el talento humano y los sistemas de información, complementa la fortaleza en la gestión del líder organizacional desde los lineamientos tácticos y, en especial, los estratégicos. Esta reflexión inicia con la relación de las mipymes con el emprendimiento y, así mismo, el relevante papel del marketing en todos sus niveles dentro de las empresas. Posteriormente, se analiza el protagonismo de los gerentes y el desarrollo de las competencias que deben poseer para la generación de ideas emprendedoras a través de la conformación de mipymes
