Experiencias en gestión de sistemas productivos de interés social: caso de Corpoc y la Fundación Furmos

Abstract

Las teorías del desarrollo humano desde las capacidades humanas tienen como referentes teóricos las competencias de afiliación, logro y poder, y el análisis de la gestión empresarial. Se pretende comparar experiencias de sistemas productivos de interés social desde un análisis de los casos particulares de las empresas Corpoc y Furmos. Para lo anterior se partió de un proyecto previo realizado en Corpoc, se recolectó la información por medio de entrevistas y sesiones de trabajo y se caracterizaron las instituciones. Se encuentra que el modelo de gestión de Corpoc es asociativo plano con un solo líder y el de Furmos es un modelo de gestión asociativo estratégico. Sus integrantes dependen del líder con sus motivaciones y logros, y sus proyectos no cuentan con un modelo de gestión. De tal manera la falta de una formulación adecuada de modelos de gestión impide continuidad y éxito de los proyectos productivos sociales en las dos instituciones.
