Responsabilidad social empresarial en la industria del tabaco en Colombia

Abstract

Resumen Este documento aborda la existencia de Responsabilidad Social Empresarial (RSE) para la industria del tabaco en Colombia y su impacto en los grupos de influencia (stakeholders). Se exploran los diferentes desarrollos de RSE de las industrias tabacaleras Coltabaco S.A., British American Tobacco Colombia S.A. y Protabaco S.A., en las cuales se en- contró que su nivel de RSE está clasificado en un rango medio y que existen debilidades, falencias e impactos negativos que deterioran el componente social de los grupos de in- fluencia. Se proponen dos indicadores de medición de RSE (IRSEPI e IRSEC), con los que se confirman las debilidades existentes en la política de responsabilidad del sector.
