Propuesta de un perfil ideal del docente para la educación en la virtualidad: Cado Fundación Universitaria Católica del Norte

Abstract

Los resultados del estudio, que aluden a un aprendizaje derivado de la interpretación crítica de la experiencia en formación y capacitación de docentes para la virtualidad. Este estudio ayuda a caracterizar e indentificar al docente y propone las competencias necesarias para el ejercicio de la docencia en esta modalidad educativa. Adicional, se extrapola y deja la reflexión al Estado y comunidad académica universitaria del país de la necesidad de políticas públicas articuladas y realistas en materia de docencia con apoyo de TIC. Estas dimensiones son las que se desarrollan en el presente artículo. En lo metodológico el estudio fue cualitativo, en la modalidad de sistematización de experiencias; y el método escogido, el no experimental, desde una opción epistemológica, como proponen Jara (2006, 2010), Marín Flórez (2012), Ríos Hincapié y Marín Flórez (2007) y Vélez Restrepo y Galeano (2002, p.55, 58).
