Coronavirus and the Training Situation

Abstract

The Personnel Manager Survey interviews up to 1,000 personnel managers quarterly on current topics. The special questions of the survey for the third quarter of 2020 related to training in companies. The situation during the coronavirus pandemic has led to knowledge gaps and it has not always been possible to close them. The personnel managers also stated that they offered fewer trainees permanent employment than originally planned.
