Real income in the new European System of Accounts

Abstract

Das Statistische Bundesamt hat mit der Umstellung auf das Europäische System Volkswirtschaftlicher Gesamtrechnungen (ESVG '95) zum ersten Mal Angaben zur Entwicklung der gesamtwirtschaftlichen Realein-kommen in das laufende Veröffentlichungsprogramm aufgenommen. Damit ist eine bedeutende Lücke in der amtlichen Statistik geschlossen worden. In den Volkswirtschaftlichen Gesamtrechnungen war die Darstellung von Realgrößen bisher auf Angaben in konstanten Preisen beschränkt (z.B. reales Bruttoinlandsprodukt). Nach dem ESVG '95 können von der amtlichen Statistik nun auch Realeinkommen ausgewiesen werden, d.h. Einkommensgrößen zu einem konstantgehaltenen Preisniveau als Maßstab für die Entwicklung der Kaufkraft. Im Mittelpunkt steht hierbei das verfügbare Einkommen in der Volkswirtschaft, das von privaten Haushalten, von Unternehmen und vom Staat für Konsumzwecke und zum Sparen verwendet werden kann.
