Abstract

Erwerbsarbeit wird in der Literatur durch eine gesteigerte Formenvielfalt gekennzeichnet. Anknüpfend an diese Diskussion soll gezeigt werden, welche Beschäftigungsmuster west- und ostdeutsche Unternehmen heute bevorzugen.
