Digitalization Of Training In Bulgarian Organizations

Abstract

The article deals with the specifics of digital training and its role in human resources management. The topic’s relevance is driven by the fact that recent research highlights trends towards more active utilization of innovative personnel training methods by Bulgarian businesses. The article’s goal is to introduce the peculiarities of digital training (including gamification) and its advantages when applied by Bulgarian organizations. In this regard we define a researching thesis and hypotheses that we test within a specific business organization (Dream Business Solutions Ltd). Research methods utilized include online questionnaires, focus groups and detailed interviews. The results of the research outline our main conclusions regarding digitalization and personnel training, linked to optimization of costs, time, and effort and increased motivation of the trainees. We are also offering a methodology for development for a fully digital training simulator.
