Abstract

Geldnot und politische Vorgaben bringen deutsche Universitäten zur Schärfung ihres Profils. Hemmend wirken die Fixierung auf die Forschung und die begrenzte Macht der Universitätsleitungen. Profilschärfendes Potenzial läge in Feldern wie Internationalisierung, Wissenstransfer und natürlich der Lehre.
