Abstract

Lieferanten übernehmen immer mehr an Wertschöpfung für Originalteilehersteller (OEM) und in der Folge kann der Materialkostenanteil für Zukaufteile bis zu 95 Prozent betragen. Aus diesem Grund kommt der Auswahl der Lieferanten eine strategische Bedeutung zu. In diesem Working Paper stellen wir die Bedeutung des Beschaffungsmanagements heraus und beleuchten speziell die Auswahl der richtigen Lieferanten. Dabei geben wir einen Überblick über den Auswahlprozess, definieren Anforderungen und stellen Instrumente vor.
