Automatisierte Kontrollen in der Beschaffung: Exemplarische Konzeption und Umsetzung

Abstract

Die Implementierung umfassender Kontrollmechanismen und die in gleicher Weise effektive wie effiziente Überwachung von Kontrollen stellt für Unternehmen heute eine gleichermaßen aktuelle wie dringliche Herausforderung dar. Durch den Umfang der heutigen IT-Unterstützung der Geschäftsprozesse ist eine überwiegend manuelle Kontrolltätigkeit nicht mehr wirtschaftlich. Aufgrund der zunehmenden Datenmengen in den Unternehmen werden automatisierte Prüfroutinen innerhalb des Internen Kontrollsystems (IKS) gefordert. Mit Hilfe eines Continuous Monitoring (CM) kann eine Überwachung von automatisierten Kontrollen realisiert werden. Systemisch betrachtet sind diese Kontrollen Teil der prozessintegrierten Kontrollen eines IKS. Im Rahmen der vorliegenden Arbeit wird unter Nutzung des IDES/SAP®-Systems eine exemplarische prozessintegrierte Kontrolle (Bestell-Buchungen am Sonntag) implementiert und diese anschließend im Rahmen des Continuous Monitoring überwacht. Als technische Basis wird die im IKS-Labor der FH Stralsund eingerichtete Infrastruktur genutzt. Diese setzt sich zusammen aus der Datenextraktionssoftware "SmartExporter", der Datenanalysesoftware "IDEA®" (Interactive Data Extraction and Analysis) und der Steuerungs- und Kommunikationssoftware "CaseWare®Monitor".
