Der Busan-Prozess: Meilen- oder Stolperstein für die internationale EZ?

Abstract

Vor rund einem Jahr fand das vierte High Level Forum on Aid Effectiveness (HLF4) in Busan (Südkorea) statt. Eines der Hauptziele war die Einbindung der großen Schwellenländer wie Brasilien, China und Indien in das internationale System der Entwicklungszusammenarbeit (EZ). In der aktuellen Ausgabe der Global Governance Spotlights informiert die Autorin Elena Sondermann, Mitarbeiterin am Institut für Entwicklung und Frieden (INEF), inwieweit das Vorhaben bereits umgesetzt wurde und analysiert wie vor diesem Hintergrund die neu eingerichtete 'Global Partnership for Effective Development Cooperation' zu bewerten ist.
