Abstract

Das Lernen im Lebenslauf gehört zu den großen politischen und gesellschaftlichen Herausforderungen in Deutschland. Daher wurde von Seiten der Bundesregierung das Programm "Bildungsprämie" auf den Weg gebracht, um die individuelle Bereitschaft zu unterstützen, durch private Investitionen in die berufliche Weiterbildung Vorsorge zu treffen. Zur Evaluation der ersten Förderphase des Programmes (2008-2011) wurden Primärerhebungen mit Hilfe einer computerunterstützten Telefonbefragung (CATI) durchgeführt. Der folgende Bericht beschreibt den daraus resultierenden Datensatz, der sowohl die geförderten Programmteilnehmer als auch Nichtteilnehmern, die grundsätzlich einen Anspruch auf Förderung hatten, im Paneldesign umfasst.
