Die Banalität des Guten: Lektionen der Wirtschaftsethik

Abstract

Dieser Artikel entwickelt seine Argumentation in drei Schritten. Im ersten Schritt wird Hannah Arendts These von der Banalität des Bösen und ihre hiermit korrespondierende These von der Radikalität des Guten rekonstruiert. Der zweite Schritt erläutert die wirtschaftsethische These von der Banalität des Guten und die hiermit korrespondierende These von der Banalität des Schlechten. Der dritte Schritt vergleicht Hannah Arendts Theorieentwurf mit dem hier zugrunde gelegten ordonomischen Theorieentwurf für die Wirtschaftsethik. Zur Illustration der Vergleichspunkte werden Bezüge zur internationalen Wirtschafts- und Finanzkrise hergestellt
