Lernrückstände durch Corona in der dualen Ausbildung: Die Bedeutung von Distanzlernen und Unterstützungsmaßnahmen der Ausbilderinnen und Ausbilder

Abstract

Die Maßnahmen zur Kontaktreduktion während der Corona-Pandemie hatten starke Auswirkungen auf den Alltag in der dualen Ausbildung. Für den betrieblichen Teil der Ausbildung stellt sich die Frage, inwieweit das Lernen und Arbeiten auf Distanz kurzfristig organisiert werden konnte. Daran schließt sich die Frage an, ob trotz Umstellung auf Distanz Lerneinbußen bei Auszubildenden entstanden sind. Eine Befragung zeigt, dass mehr als die Hälfte des Ausbildungspersonals (55,3 Prozent) Distanzlernen bis heute zeitweise einsetzt, wenn es nötig wird. 8,5 Prozent setzen es sogar strategisch ein, um die jungen Menschen zur digitalen Zusammenarbeit im Arbeitsalltag zu befähigen. Auch wenn insgesamt nur selten große Lernrückstände bestehen, ist es wichtig, Wissenslücken zu schließen. Die Befragung hat gezeigt, dass Unternehmen finanzielle und personelle Ressourcen aufwenden, um den Lernerfolg ihres Fachkräftenachwuchses zu sichern. Dies ist ein wichtiges Signal für die Bedeutung der dualen Ausbildung für die Fachkräftesicherung der Unternehmen.
