Wohnungsmangel in den Städten, Leerstand auf dem Land

Abstract

Bautätigkeit und Baubedarf fallen in Deutschland räumlich auseinander. Während es in allen Großstädten an Wohnungen mangelt, werden in vielen ländlichen Regionen deutlich zu viele Einfamilienhäuser gebaut. Dies zeigt die Baubedarfsanalyse des IW Köln für den Zeitraum 2011 bis 2015.
