Abstract

Mitbestimmung ist das demokratische Gestaltungsprinzip der sozialen Marktwirtschaft. Wir zeigen den Wert der Mitbestimmung und geben Antworten auf aktuelle Fragen der Zeit. Es ist ein leidenschaftliches und empirisch fundiertes Plädoyer für mehr Mitbestimmung. Die Stiftung unterstützt Vertreterinnen und Vertreter der Arbeitnehmerseite - Gewerkschafter, Betriebs- und Aufsichtsräte - sowie Arbeitsdirektoren und ihre engeren Mitarbeiter mit Beratung, Qualifzierung, Plattformen für Austausch, etc. Die Forschung ermöglicht uns, frühzeitig wichtige Themen für die Mitbestimmungspraxis aufzuspüren. Wir bereiten die Ergebnisse auf, um Kolleginnen und Kollegen in Aufsichtsräten zu beraten und zu qualifzieren.
