Lotsen und Netzwerke in der betrieblichen Gesundheitspolitik: Praxisbeispiele für eine inklusive Gesundheitspolitik in kleinen und mittleren Unternehmen

Abstract

Die Innenwelt von Kleinen und mittleren Unternehmen (KMU) und die Außenwelt der in Deutschland fragmentierten und differenziert gegliederten Rehabilitationsträger sind durch eine deutliche soziale und kulturelle Divergenz gekennzeichnet. Diese Divergenz i ist, soweit es an Brückenorganisationen fehlt, ein Hindernis für die Entfaltung einer inklusiven betrieblichen Gesundheitspolitik, wohingegen sich die Wechselwirkung zwischen den verschiedenen betrieblichen Akteuren und den sozialrechtlich verfassten Organisationen bei großen, gut organisierten Unternehmen als ein erfolgreiches Element der deutschen Sozialpolitik entwickelt und bestätigt hat. Insoweit ist Prävention eine gesamtgesellschaftliche Aufgabe mit vielen verantwortlichen Akteuren, die sich auf betrieblicher Ebene im Zusammenspiel von Arbeitsschutz, Betrieblicher Gesundheitsförderung und Betrieblichem Eingliederungsmanagement - ggf. zusammengefasst in einem Betrieblichen Gesundheitsmanagement - niederschlägt.
