Das betriebliche Eingliederungsmanagement - Ein doppelter Suchprozess

Abstract

Auch mit dem betrieblichen Eingliederungsmanagement (BEM) ist seit einigen Jahren eine gesetzliche Grundlage etabliert worden, um in den Betrieben gesundheitsförderliche Maßnahmen zu realisieren. Um aber solch geeignete Maßnahmen für krankheitsbedingt betroffene Arbeitsplätze finden zu können, sind zuvor Ärzte, Arbeitgeber und Betriebsrat aufgefordert, nach den betrieblichen Defiziten und Problemlagen rund um diesen Arbeitsplatz zu suchen. Im Rahmen dieses Suchprozesses werden generell krankmachende Arbeitsbedingungen im Betrieb "aufgespürt" - und ins Blickfeld der Betrachtung geholt.
