Abstract

Die Studie gibt einen strukturierten Überblick über die Dienstleistungsinnovationen im Mobilitätssektor und leitet Thesen hinsichtlich beschäftigungspolitischer Implikationen ab. Nach einer narrativ-szenarischen Einführung im Gesamtkontext einer zukunftsoffenen Betrachtung möglicher Entwicklungsherausforderungen der Mobilität wird der gesellschafts- und verkehrspolitische Begründungszusammenhang des Projektes aufgespannt. Die sich anschließende Treiberanalyse stellt die wesentlichen Entwicklungen und angebots- wie nachfrageseitige Trends gleichermaßen dar. Auf Grundlage einer breit angelegten Desk-Research erfolgt eine detaillierte Betrachtung neuer Angebote, Akteure und Kundensegmente. Hieraus werden die Folgen für die Beschäftigungsstrukturen in der Branche abgeleitet und abschließend eine Bewertung der Ergebnisse im Rahmen einer verkehrs- und innovationspolitischen Zielmatrix sowie knappe Empfehlungen hinsichtlich sektoraler und regionaler Transformationsstrategien der Mobilitätsbranche gegeben.
