Istraživanje o konzumaciji meda za potrebe prodaje u pčelarstvu

Abstract

Cilj rada je prikazati trenutnu situaciju na tržištu pčelarske proizvodnje i dati pregled upravljanja prodajnim procesom pčelinjih proizvoda u Hrvatskoj. Provođenjem istraživanja na prigodnom uzorku posjetitelja sajma Dani meda došlo se do kvantificiranih rezultata o tome kako je med pozicioniran kod posjetitelja, koliko često posjetitelji konzumiraju med, koje vrste meda poznaju, koje najčešće kupuju te gdje ih kupuju. Istraživanjem se također došlo do rezultata važnosti pojedinih čimbenika koji utječu na kupovinu meda. Podaci pokazuju kako med češće konzumiraju ljudi starije dobne skupine, većeg osobnog dohotka koji žive u gradskim sredinama, te prodajni trend da u Hrvatskoj kao i u zemljama regije potrošači postaju sve svjesniji koristi koje im pruža hrana s poboljšanim zdravstvenim svojstvima.
